Política de privacidad y cookies
This policy describes how Orshina ("we", "the site") collects, uses, and protects personal information in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777–2017.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide voluntarily: name, contact details (phone, email), service-related details (area, care preferences), and any other information you choose to submit in site forms. In addition, for operations, security, measurement, and service improvement, we may store technical and behavioral browsing data such as an IP address or its hash, browser type, operating system, visitor ID, session ID, visited pages, actions performed on the site, request timing, referrer data, and campaign attribution parameters such as UTM tags.
Use of Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Remember your language, visitor identifier, and preferences
- Enable secure login, session management, and attribution of visits and inquiries
- Measure visits, searches, profile views, inquiries, and conversions, and analyze general site usage subject to applicable settings and legal basis
Continuing to use the site after seeing the cookie notice constitutes consent to the use of cookies as described in this policy. You can adjust your browser settings to limit or block cookies; doing so may affect some site features.
Use of Information and Security
Collected information is used to provide the service, communicate with you, improve the site, measure traffic sources and conversions, detect fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, modification, or deletion, and aim to minimize sensitive data where possible.
AI Matching Assistant
The assistant accepts a free-text description of search needs in Hebrew or English. Before the text is sent to an external AI provider, the system automatically removes email addresses, phone numbers, links and common direct identifiers. The provider receives only the reduced request and lists of public filter choices; it does not receive worker records, contact details, documents, leads, management data or access to the admin area. If a user submits an inquiry after using the assistant, the reduced description and selected filters are attached to that inquiry and retained so the Orshina team can handle it. Do not enter names, identity numbers, identifiable medical information or documents into the assistant.
Public Display of Caregiver Profiles
Caregivers who register in the Orshina catalog consent, as part of the registration terms, to the public display of their profile on the site. The public profile is shown in a partial, privacy-reduced form: first name only, a worker ID, country of origin, languages, tenure in Israel, availability status, and a photo (where consent was given). Full identifying details (last name, contact details, and documents) are not shown publicly and are disclosed only after an inquiry, at the corporation's discretion.
The caregiver acknowledges that the public profile information may be crawled, stored, displayed, and cited by search engines and AI-based search systems (such as Google, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, etc.). Removal or update of a public profile can be requested at any time by contacting us.
Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers (for example hosting, email or matching-request processing) only to the extent required for the defined purpose and operation of the service, under confidentiality and privacy commitments.
Your Rights
Under Israeli privacy law, you have the right to access and correct your personal information. For privacy inquiries: orshinaco@gmail.com or phone 073-8000398.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We recommend reviewing the policy periodically.
